As an Experienced Beef Kanter (Meat Cutter / Splitter), you will work in a modern meat processing facility in the Netherlands. You are responsible for cutting and splitting beef according to production and quality standards.

You will be part of a structured production process where precision, hygiene, and efficiency are essential. This position is only suitable for candidates with proven experience in meat processing.

Responsibilities

  • Cutting and splitting beef accurately according to production standards
  • Working safely with knives and cutting equipment
  • Ensuring correct processing and portioning of meat
  • Following hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
  • Working together with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process

About the role

You will work for a professional meat processing company in the Netherlands. The working environment is clean and organized, but takes place in a cooled production area.

This is a full-time position with working hours between 36 and 42 hours per week.

What we ask from you

  • Proven experience as a kanter / meat cutter (required)
  • Experience in cutting and splitting beef
  • Skilled in working with knives and meat processing tools
  • Physically fit and able to work in a cold environment
  • Reliable and able to work in a structured way
  • Able to maintain quality while working at production pace

What we offer

  • Salary between €17.00 and €20.00 gross per hour (depending on experience)
  • 36 – 42 working hours per week
  • Overtime paid at 125% after 36 hours
  • Early hours paid at 117% before 06:00
  • Occasional work on Saturdays
  • Housing available (€85 per week)
  • Work equipment provided
