As a Beef Boner (Deboner), you will be working in a modern meat processing facility in the Netherlands. You are responsible for deboning beef carcasses and separating meat cuts according to quality and production standards.

You will be part of a structured production process where precision, hygiene, and teamwork are essential. This position offers long-term stability, good working conditions, and free accommodation.

About the role

You will work for a professional meat processing company in the Netherlands. The working environment is clean and organized, but takes place in a cooled production area. The position is full-time, with working hours between 36 and 42 hours per week. Work starts from 06:00, and occasionally work on Saturdays may be required.

What we ask from you

  • Experience as a boner/deboner in beef processing (required)
  • Skilled in knife handling and meat processing techniques
  • Physically fit and able to work in a cold environment
  • Reliable and able to work in a structured way
  • Able to maintain quality while working at production pace
  • Language: English, Dutch, Romanian or Hungarian required

What we offer

  • Salary between €20.00 and €27.00 gross per hour (depending on experience)
  • 36 – 42 working hours per week
  • Overtime paid at 125% after 36 hours
  • Early hours paid at 117% before 06:00
  • Occasional Saturday work
  • Free accommodation provided
