As an EPT Driver, you play a crucial role in the logistics process of our modern freezer warehouse in Kesteren. Every day, you work alongside a small team of colleagues to ensure all goods are processed safely, efficiently, and on time. The warehouse temperature is around –18°C, but you’ll have regular opportunities to step out of the cold for well-deserved breaks.
On a typical day, you’ll mainly operate the electric pallet truck (EPT), move and transport goods within the freezer cells, pick and prepare orders, and load/unload trucks. You’ll also handle basic administrative tasks and inspect goods for quality. You’ll work with a fixed team of about four colleagues in an informal and friendly atmosphere. Overtime is common, with up to approximately 1.5 hours extra per day, and there’s occasional Saturday work, mostly on a voluntary basis.
