As a Vliesmachine Operator, you will work in a beef processing facility where you are responsible for removing excess fat from meat cuts using a specialized trimming machine. This is a physically demanding role that requires experience, focus and a steady working pace.
You will be part of the production process after the initial meat processing stage. Your work ensures that beef products meet quality standards before further processing.
Responsibilities include
- Operate a fat trimming machine (Vliesmachine)
- Precisely remove remaining fat from processed beef cuts
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed
- Handle meat carefully to avoid damage or contamination
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report any technical or product issues to your supervisor

- Physically strong and able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a cold, indoor environment
- Hardworking and able to maintain a consistent pace
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a good sense of hygiene
- Language: English, Romanian, or Hungarian
- Driving license is an advantage, but not required
What we offer
- Full-time job (36–40 hours per week)
- Gross hourly wage between €16.62 and €18.00, depending on experience
- Overtime paid at 125%
- Work from Monday to Saturday
