Tree worker

As a Tree Worker, you work in a small and practical working environment. Your tasks change with the seasons and include plant care, order preparation and general maintenance. You work day shifts from 07:30 – 16:30 and earn €14.71 bruto per hour.

What you’ll do

• Plant, pot and replant trees and shrubs
• Prune, shape and tie trees during growth
• Water and fertilize plants
• Control weeds in open ground and container areas
• Check plants for diseases and pests
• Harvest trees and shrubs (mainly in winter and early spring)
• Prepare orders: sorting, labeling and making plants ready for transport
• Load and unload plants and materials
• Maintain tools, machines and irrigation systems
• Support basic planning, stock control and quality checks

About the role

This is an active, outdoor job where no two days are the same. You work with plants throughout the year and see how they grow from season to season.

The work depends on the time of year:

• Winter / early spring: pruning, harvesting and deliveries
• Spring / summer: plant care, watering and pest control
• Autumn: preparing new cultivation and sales

What we ask from you

• You enjoy working outdoors and with plants
• You are physically fit and like hands-on work
• You work accurately and take responsibility
• Experience in horticulture or agriculture is a plus, but not required
• You are available full-time for day shifts
