About the role

Weflex helps immigrants from across Europe who want to work and live in the Netherlands by providing both employment and housing. Our team doesn’t just assist with repairs when something break, we also focus on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment, turning a house into a true home. Whenever challenges arise, we are there to support them.

While English is our primary language, we also speak Dutch, Polish, and Romanian. What we ask from you

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry;
• Fluent in English and Polish, in preference also Dutch;
• You sourced people who work in the meat industry or worked there yourself;
• A contagious enthusiasm that inspires our clients;
• Flexibility is important; Hybrid work is possible, but we encourage you to be in the office regularly as well.

What we offer

• An attractive salary between €2600 and €3200, depending on your work experience and qualities;
• One-year contract with a perspective on permanent employment, depending on your performances and commitment;
• 25 vacation days and 8% vacation pay;
• A dynamic work environment with short lines of communication, and plenty of room for your own ideas.
