Learner Machine Operator – Perlite & Vermiculite Processing

As a Learning Machine Operator, you will work in a production environment where lightweight industrial materials are processed and packaged. You will be trained to operate machines, monitor production quality, and support the overall production process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has technical interest, and is comfortable working in a production environment. The work takes place indoors and can sometimes be dusty, but protective equipment is provided.

What you’ll do

• Operate machines used for expanding, crushing, and packaging materials
• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications
• Monitor product quality and perform visual checks
• Perform basic machine checks and assist with minor maintenance
• Load raw materials into machines
• Support packaging and preparation of products for shipment
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment
• Report production output and communicate with supervisors

About the role

You will work in a specialized production facility where materials are processed and prepared for industrial use. The work takes place indoors and involves operating production machines and supporting the production flow.

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 3 rotating shifts (37.5 hours per week)
  • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
  • Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

Shift allowances apply depending on the shift worked.

What we ask from you

• Willingness to learn and work with machines
• Experience in a production environment is a plus
• Comfortable working in dusty conditions (protective equipment provided)
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a 3-shift rotation
• Forklift experience is a plus (certificate preferred)
• English language level B1 or higher
