We are looking for Production Workers – Meat Processing to work at a meat processing facility in Woudenberg. You support the production and expedition process by packing, moving and handling meat products. The work is physically demanding and takes place entirely indoors.

Location: Woudenberg
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
Overtime: Frequent overtime on Fridays and Saturdays
Gross hourly wage: €14.71 (excluding overtime allowances)
Overtime Allowance:
– Fridays: 137.5%
– Saturdays: 137.5%Gross

Key Responsibilities
– (Un)packing and repacking crates for storage
– Moving large blocks of frozen meat through cutting machines
– Placing meat portions on pallets and sealing them
– Washing crates using automated cleaning machines
– Supporting general production and hygiene activities inside the facility

You will work in a professional meat processing environment where teamwork, hygiene and efficiency are essential. The production process is structured and focused on safe and steady output.

  • Experience in the meat industry is preferred (motivation can compensate)
  • Physically fit and willing to perform heavy work
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Reliable, motivated and able to work in a team
  • Willing to work overtime when required
  • No forklift license required
