We are looking for an experienced Knife Worker to work at AMECO, a modern beef processing company in Apeldoorn. You will debone and cut beef with precision and follow hygiene and safety standards. The work is full-time, starting at 06:00 from Monday to Friday.

Working days: Monday–Friday, starting at 06:00
Hourly wage: €14.40 – €20.00 (depending on experience)
Allowances: 125% overtime
Your Responsibilities
As a skilled knife worker, you’ll be part of a dynamic team responsible for processing high-quality beef products. Your tasks include:
Deboning and cutting beef with precision and speed
Separating meat parts according to quality and production standards
Working safely and skillfully with knives and cutting tools
Following HACCP, hygiene, and safety procedures
Keeping your workstation and tools clean and organized
Cooperating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow
Your Profile
You are a true professional with knife-handling experience and an eye for quality. In addition:
You have proven experience with working with a knife in a slaughterhouse or meat processing plant
You are skilled with knives and familiar with proper cutting techniques
You work accurately, safely, and hygienically
You are comfortable working in chilled environments
You speak Dutch, English, or Romanian
You have a driving licence or are willing to use transportation provided by Weflex
