Warehouse worker / Logistics worker (Freezer Warehouse)

We are looking for experienced and motivated Logistics Employees for a modern freezer warehouse in Kesteren. The warehouse operates at approximately –18°C, but you will have regular breaks outside the cold areas. You will work in a small, close-knit team of around four colleagues.

What you’ll do
As a Logistics Employee, you are responsible for the daily logistics activities inside the freezer warehouse. Together with your team, you ensure that incoming and outgoing goods are processed correctly and according to planning.

Your tasks include:

• Operating reach truck (RT), electric pallet truck (EPT) and forklift (HT)
• (mainly Linde trucks)
• Loading, unloading and storing goods inside freezer cells
• Collecting, moving and preparing orders for shipment
• Carrying out goods inspections and basic administrative tasks
• Supporting general warehouse and logistics activities when required

About the role

You will work in a modern, well-organized freezer facility where safety, efficiency and teamwork are key. Although the temperature is around –18°C, the work is structured so you can regularly step out of the cold. Communication within the team is direct and clear.

What we ask from you

• Proven experience operating reach truck (RT), forklift (HT) and EPT
• Confidence and independence when using a reach truck
• Willingness to perform EPT tasks (not all work is RT/HT only)
• Physically fit and comfortable working in cold environments
• Good communication skills
• (English or German required if you don’t speak Dutch)
• Team-oriented and reliable
• Willing to work overtime (up to approx. 1.5 hours per day)
